Pros:

Fabulous breakfast with lovely Fleur and her team, very comfortable well appointed room, friendly efficient staff, attention to the small details eg complimentary foot spa. We would certainly stay again.

Personnel vraiment très aimable et serviable. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre très propre.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé dans une petite ruelle un peu intimidante. Le prix de la chambre était relativement élevé (début avril) comparativement à tous nos autres hébergements lors de notre séjour de 3 semaines au Viêtnam.

Cute, personable, and cozy boutique hotel.
Pros:

Loved the room. The staff was great. Breakfast was fun and good. Great location to walkable and short Grab ride locations.

Cons:

Should be noted that the ‘local’ side of the hotel does not have an elevator. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you’re on the fourth floor - that’s four flights of stairs.

Chez Mimosa Local
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights in April. The service from Ms. Fleur and her hospitality team was excellent. Shout out to Ms Vy at reception for her recommendations on authentic restaurants.

The service and selection of food at the breakfast buffet is good. Quantity and quality is more than enough to set you up for a day of exploring.

The room and bathroom were very clean and fresh smelling. Having 2 balconies was an unexpected bonus. The shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. AC blows cold and is relatively quiet.

Laundry service is provided - thank you Ms. Loan for the quick turnaround.

Overall a really pleasant stay.

Pros:

Chambre propre et confortable
Très bon petit déjeuner continental avec des produits (crêpes, yaourts, confitures) faits maison.
Proche du centre ville à pieds (30 minutes de la cathédrale)

Cons:

Bruit de la rue tôt le matin
Rapport qualité / prix moyen mais peut-être normal à Ho Chi Minh

Personnel adorable, attentionnés.
Vous pouvez faire votre lessive gratuitement en déposant votre linge devant la porte.
Le dernier soir vous avez une petite surprise bien agréable qui vous attendra devant votre porte.

Cons:

Attention cet hôtel n’est pas adapté au personne à mobilité réduite. Vous avez un escalier uniquement pour monter a votre chambre.

Das Frühstück ist sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Es gab reichlich und war sehr lecker. Die kleine Crew bereitete mit ihrer Herzlichkeit stets einen guten Start in den Tag. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet drum herum etliche Geschäfte und Möglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs. Ein Highlight war das Fußbad, welches am letzten Tag überraschend und kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war eine Badewanne mit Whirlpool-Funktion, die leider außer Betrieb war. Wir hatten allerdings auch nicht nachgefragt, da wir es nicht unbedingt nutzen wollten.

Pros:

This accommodation is very warm and offers great value for money. Every staff member is energetic and enthusiastic—the French grandmother, the breakfast staff, and the front desk team. It has more of a guesthouse or homestay vibe, so it wouldn’t be entirely fair to compare it directly with a 4–5 star hotel.

On the last day, our pre-booked car was over 20 minutes late, and we couldn’t reach them by phone or email. The front desk staff kindly helped us call a taxi. About five minutes after that, our original driver finally showed up. The front desk staff also helped communicate with the driver to ask about the delay, and even assisted us with carrying our luggage to the car.

Since there is no elevator, the front desk staff helped carry our luggage to the room when we arrived early. At check-out, they immediately offered help again when they saw us moving our luggage.

If I have the chance to visit Ho Chi Minh City again, this will definitely be my first choice.

Cons:

The hot water temperature was inconsistent, alternating between too hot and too cold.
