Splendida struttura, perfettamente curata in ogni suo particolare, sia interno che esterno. Personale molto accogliente, sempre presente, ma senza mai essere invadente. Ristorante ottimo. Vista l'ora tarda di arrivo e la stagione, non abbiamo usufruito della piscina e/o della spa, per cui non posso pronunciarmi.

Cons:

Solo piccole sbavature su quello che è un soggiorno veramente ad altissimi livelli. Scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere, se il vicino parla lo sentite distintamente. Letto troppo corto, io sono alto 185, per cui non proprio un gigante, ma avevo i piedi fuori.

I proprietari si sono dimostrati estremamente cordiali e disponibili, pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta con un sorriso. La colazione è stata davvero ottima: ricca, varia e preparata con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata.

Nonostante la breve permanenza, mi sono sentito davvero accolto. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un’atmosfera curata, servizi efficienti e un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Splendida struttura storica immersa nel verde, a pochi chilometri dal lago di Garda, dotata di un fascino molto particolare, ambienti eleganti ma comunque alla mano, colazione superlativa, servizio molto gentile e presente. RITORNEREMO

Cons:

alcune piccole caratteristiche che fanno parte della residenza storica (mancanza di ascensore, chiavi non elettroniche) ma assolutamente poco siginficative

Bellissima scoperta tra le colline di Custoza in un posto veramente bello
Pros:

Ottima abbondante vasta completa sia nei dolci che nel salato in un ambiente romantico e ben curato e la gentilezza e disponibilità della titolare e del suo staff.

Cons:

Le scale per salire al secondo piano per raggiungere la meravigliosa suite che per il futuro basterà scegliere una altra soluzione con camere al piano terra.

Location bellissima, con possibilità di fare camminate lungo il sentiero di Custoza, immersi nel verde della campagna e delle vigne. Posto curatissimo in quasi tutti i dettagli. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ristorante con piatti di ottima qualità. Camere bellissime e pulite.

Cons:

Purtroppo, sia la piscina che la vasca idromassaggio erano piene di insetti morti che galleggiavano nell'acqua. L'idromassaggio, che era spento e la cosa era molto evidente, ma sembrava che anche il ricircolo dell'acqua della piscina, lo fosse. Gli insetti che galleggiavano, non si muovevano dalla superfice dell'acqua. Purtroppo, avrei voluto fare un bagno, visto la bellissima giornata e il caldo che c'era, ma non me la sono sentita. Peccato
