Cons:

Na hora de check-in o berço do meu filho ainda não estava montado.
No dia seguinte, pedimos para não fazerem a limpeza no horário da sesta do bebé e isso foi respeitado. Mas não foi dada atenção ao berço, apenas fizeram a cama do casal. Na casa de banho, ficou uma saída de banho suja esquecida e pendurada no vidro de guarda do duche e uma das toalhas de banho também não foi trocada.

O quarto tinha vista rio.
As camas são muito confortáveis, quarto climatizado. Amei o fato de ter a lareira acesa na sala comum, muito agradável para uma noite de inverno.
