Pros:

Do conforto da piscina, da Rute da recepção, sempre simpatica e prestavel, de um senhor do restaurante que estava ao jantar de quinta feira e almoço de sabado. Infelizmente não me lembro do nome, mas certamente é um funcionario mais experiente. Em relação à comida, os secretos são maravilhosos, a minha filha adorou a bolonhesa e a carbonara. O leite creme excepcional. O pequeno almoço com grande diversidade e de qualidade. O salão de jogos bom para divertir um pouco.

Cons:

A falta de apoio para andar de gaivota. Tinhamos de ir a recepção buscar coletes e depois estavamos por nosso conta. Ou seja, teriamos de ir para o lago e tirar a gaivota do sitio e começar por nós. Eu estando com uma criança não me senti confiante.
O serviço do restaurante não foi perfeito. Ficámos na esplanada e parecia que se esqueciam de nós. Tive de partilhar a colher da sobremesa com a minha filha porque para além de não trazerem a colher, a minha filha comeu a sobremesa dela ainda antes de alguém olhar para nós ou vir à esplanada ver se precisavamos de alguma coisa e acabei por comer a minha sobremesa com a colher dela. Tive de pedir o meu café 3 vezes e tive de fazer sinais para que alguem viesse cá fora para pedir o meu café a terceira vez.
