I appreciated how efficiently the hotel handled unexpected situations. During my stay there was a temporary power outage, and the staff immediately offered to transfer me to another hotel in the same group while arranging transportation for me. Fortunately, the electricity returned before I left, but I was impressed by how quickly they found a solution instead of simply apologizing.

The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries, and everything felt carefully prepared for guests. While the room wasn't especially large, it was very functional and comfortable for a short stay in the city.

The staff handled everything professionally, from the quick check-in process to answering our questions throughout the stay. Kelly was particularly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. Whenever we needed assistance, the team responded immediately and with great enthusiasm. Their positive attitude made the overall experience much more enjoyable.

The room was modern, comfortable, and well equipped, even though it was a little smaller than I had expected for a city-center property. The location made it easy to reach many attractions around Ho Chi Minh City. The reception team, especially Kelly, was incredibly welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile, while another staff member was quick to solve any issue that came up. Their hospitality really stood out.

I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary when I booked this hotel, but it turned out to be one of the best surprises of my trip. The room was exceptionally clean, the location was ideal for sightseeing, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Their kindness and helpful attitude made this stay far more enjoyable than many expensive hotels I've visited.

The attention to cleanliness here was exceptional. From the very first day until I checked out, the room remained immaculate thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. Every time I returned, the space felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. After busy days discovering the city, having such a clean and relaxing room made my stay even more enjoyable and helped me recharge for the next adventure.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and the bathroom could use an update, but the place is clean, well-maintained, and very affordable. For the price, it offered great value. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and overall, it was a pleasant stay — one I wouldn’t mind returning to.

The location is great! My stay began on the 14th and I was able to spend Tet , Vietnamese Lunar New Year as well as a few days after the official New Years Eve. This is a wonderful location, walking distance to Bui Vien Walking street which was very alive for nightlife. Saigon Center with lots of shopping options including my favorite shopping at Muji! I had the room with the bathtub first and it was large enough for me and my partner. The view is of the main street leaving the hotel. There are unique boutiques on this road and eateries such as local food, pizza (Jimmy's Pizza), Spanish Tapas(Tomatitos) and a fun cocktail joint. The second half of my stay was on the top floor which was scary at first but the view was really nice of the main road and park and it has lots of windows offering a well lit room that can be darkened. (Shower wasn't my favorite in this room)The staff were kind and very attentive. I feel I made friends as they were interesting and personable.

For the price you get an ok room and great staff! They we're very helpful and smiling, so service was great!! Location was also very good
