I originally booked a nicer room with a balcony so I could smoke, then emailed the hotel confirming I could smoke and they said no. Got to my tiny tiny room, saw the sign on the back of the door stating no smoking in rooms only outside smoking area or on BALCONY!! No place to even store my luggage, ants in the room, lock safe not working. Their ‘outdoor smoking area was a step, in front of the building, with rubbish bags and scooters parked so close I had to tuck my feet under me! The last night my air con turned off every 5 minutes for 1 hour, finally went to reception and he tried to fix it, it kept turning off itself again for a half hour then actually worked! By then it was 2am, so I didn’t actually get any sleep that night before a large dental procedure the next morning! I emailed them before posting this review and got no reply! So this is their review including (very zoomed out picture of room) and the ‘outdoor smoking area) plus the ants ins my room
