I got my belonging back!
I returned to the hotel to look for my necklace and wrote a review about the situation on booking. The staff helped me, and a day after, i got my belonging the next morning .
When i got my necklace back, they asked me to remove the last review, i dont know how to do it so i write another one to fix and clear out.
Thank for the hotel supporting. I got my necklace back after 1 week i forgot it there, 6days after i called the hotel noticed about the lsituation, and 1 day after came to the hotel asking them about the feedback for me. I am so thankful.
I also rent the room that day, and it was 350k vnd, not as usual 250k vnd like many days i stayed before that. And i did ask and know it very clear but dont want to talk more, paid and left. Its ok because they help me with the necklace.
I saw their attitude after all so it’s probably uncomfort to come back. Thank for hospitality. I appreciate that i got my charm back.
