Séjour prévu mais avons fuit vu le cadre/environnement
Pros:

La jeune femme à la réception qui nous a reçus a été charmante et très professionnelle, a essayé de défendre notre cause auprès de son patron, sans succès malheureusement, merci de son aide malgré tout.

Cons:

3 nuits réservées mais aucune faite au final une fois sur place. L'hôtel plutôt joli en soi, a sûrement obtenu 4 étoiles uniquement sur le fait d'avoir 1 piscine, parce que pas de restaurant, pas de plateau de bienvenue avec café, thé dans la chambre, pas de place de rangement dans la salle d'eau, aucun plan de travail où poser des affaires, parking privé payant à 12 euros la nuit, et accès au parking de l'hôtel qui donne 1 aperçu du cauchemar.
L'environnement proche de l'hôtel est purement une friche industrielle, un champ de ruines, de tags, un décor limite de zone de guerre tellement c'est pourri et affreux, mais forcément aucune photo sur leur site ou sur booking pour ignorer à quoi s'attendre.
Comment dire qu'on a refusé de vivre dans cet environnement et au milieu de ce décor cauchemardesque la fin de notre séjour pour notre voyage de noces !!! Le souci a été l'annulation et le remboursement de nos 3 nuitées, grosse discussion avec le patron qui s'est déplacé en personne quand on a émit le souhait de ne pas rester. Il est arrivé très agressif et absolument hermétique à nos sensations sur l'environnement proche de son hôtel, il a fallu une très longue négociation pour obtenir le remboursement d'1 nuit sur les 3, autant dire pas grand chose, et devoir trouver 1 solution pour le soir même et les 2 suivants à 15h.
Retour fait à Booking pour signaler de ne pas proposer de tels endroits à ses clients, mais pas sûre du tout que cela ait un effet, fuyez absolument !!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem
Pool. Emanuele ist ein toller Gastgeber.

Cons:

Alles gut. Schade das er extra noch den Parkplatz (12 euro pro Nacht) und die Pool Tücher in Rechnung stellt.

Geweldige tijd gehad!

Een absolute aanrader en een verborgen juweeltje in Margherita di Savoia!
Emanuel en de andere medewerkers doen er werkelijk alles aan om je direct thuis te laten voelen—niets is hen te veel. Dankzij de uitstekende tips van Emanuel hebben we in de buurt heerlijk gegeten bij verschillende fantastische restaurants. Daarnaast is het zwembad geweldig en wordt het, net als de tuin, de kamers, de parking, tot in de puntjes onderhouden. Hier gaan we honderd procent zeker nog eens naartoe!

Sehr moderne und saubere Anlage. Der Besitzer bereitete uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und kümmerte sich den gesamten Aufenthalt verlässlich um alle Anliegen und war immer erreichbar. Tolles Frühstück mit feinem Kaffee. Sicherer Parkplatz hinter dem Haus mit nachts verschlossenem Tor. Toller Pool, leider wettertechnisch im Oktober nicht mehr benutzt. Gerne wieder

Magnifique hotel
Pros:

Tout était parfait, tres bon accueil, etait a notre écoute pour nous permettre de passer un sejour tres agreable, l hotel superbe, l exterieur magnifique. La piscine top de 25 metres, le petit dejeuner pris devant la piscine tres bien, la chambre tres propre dotée d une terrasse.
Le parking dans la cour de l hotel est sécurisé
L emplacement de l hotel qui se situe à proximité du centre ville, de la plage, des commerces, et d un supermarché, on se déplaçait à pied,
Tout était de grande qualité, c était parfait,
Je recommande absolument.
