Great spot, lovely team, super comfy bed and lovely surprises like fresh bread every day.
Pros:

Wonderful location, great team who know everything there is to know about Margaret River and are happy to offer suggestions. Loved the fresh bread available every evening too. Top spot!!

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin, you can hear guests in the other rooms (if they are talking loudly or have the TV on). But you feel like you are in a lovely home, so it is to be expected.

Recommend it, probably consider there mid to higher priced rooms for the extra space.
Pros:

Close central to all facilities in Marg River town, easy car parking, fresh bakery bread loaf every night, complementary fortified in the evening in the lounge, happy owners and a very good cold breakfast provided.

Cons:

Our room was a little too small for the price compared to others we’ve stayed at.

Excellent accomodation, stayed twice already and will be back again 🙏
Pros:

Location superb. Couldn’t be any closer the town. Fresh bread/ condiments, fresh juice plus tea/coffee facilities. The host Cheryl goes out of her way to accommodate guests. One evening a selection of cheeses were available for the guests 🙌

Beautiful bed and breakfast in a great location
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous bed & breakfast. We stayed in Mathilda room. Beautifully furnished with lots of nice stylish touches such as the bone-handled knives and the special old-fashioned butter knife. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom. Very pleasant and helpful manager, Cherie. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

Location, continental breakfast, personal welcome from owner, free parking.

Cons:

Not masses of space in the room but we worked this out. Also TV could not be extended on its bracket to watch from the seating area.

We LOVED our 2 days stay here!!
Stylish rooms, so many small great details: port & fruit during the day, great quality everywhere such as towels, bed, linen, breakfast option with fresh bread, great coffee machine in the room with capsulas and cappuccino option.
Also, great location also and lovely hosts!

Cons:

We think the pictures don't represent the rooms -》 it's much better!

Sehr hochwertiger Standard und super nette Hosts.

Cons:

Die Lage in Bezug auf die Aussicht aus dem Fenster (Natur) könnte besser sein. Mit dem Supermarkt
nebenan und eine Minute in die Stadt ansonsten unschlagbar!
