Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Non è scontato soggiornare in pieno centro storico e avere un certo tipo di comfort! Grazie

Tutto! Struttura molto molto bella, davvero raro trovare una casa così bella in pieno centro storico completamente ristrutturata, con ambienti ampi e accoglienti. La stanza era grandissima, con bagno privato e una splendida terrazza panoramica. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissima!

Wunderschön, wenn man bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann.
Pros:

Die Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich groß und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Der Gastgeber ist aufmerksam und freundlich.
Der Service fühlte sich wie in einem Hotel an. Es war täglich ein Reinigungsteam im Haus.
Die Schallisolierung ist ausreichend, allerdings kann man aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptdurchfahrtsstraße nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Hauptfußgängerzone ist zwei Straßen weiter und verläuft parallel.
Die Küchenausstattung reicht auch zum Bekochen einer ganzen Familie. Supermarkt ist in Fußnähe.
Der nächste Sandstrand ist 10 Minuten (mit dem Auto) entfernt.

Cons:

Besonders am Wochenende und Abend herrscht reichhaltiger stockender Verkehr vor der Haustüre. Die Straße ist einspurig und voll geparkt und die Mofas ohne Kat. Die beiden Jubelbalkone eignen sich nicht mal zum Draufstellen.
Obwohl das Parken kostenfrei ist oder gerade deshalb, kann es aufgrund der Einbahnstraßen etwas Geduld erfordern einen Parkplatz zu finden.
Die Duschkabine ist baulich ungünstig gelöst. Bei geschlossener Duschtür (die dummerweise nach innen öffnet) ist Geruchsbildung möglich.
Der Gasherd ist zwar groß (fünf variable Brenner), aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr voll funktionsfähig.
