Good location at a great price. Friendly staff, in particular Kim. Comfortable bed. Can't complain at the price.
Clean and friendly
The superior room wasn't worth the extra money.
Cheap parking
The room was comfortable, decent shower, good amenities in the room.
The breakfast was so-so. As is often the case with hotel buffets, the hot food was a bit eh by the time it got to the plate. The buttons to call the elevator in the lobby were installed upsidown so it looks like the elevators are just going down to an underground carpark or something and I just wandered around trying to find the lift to the residential floor for ages and the receptionist just watched me and then was a bit rude when I asked where the lifts going up were and pointed out the confusing buttons. Its not the most convenient to access by foot from the other side of the river, especially with the road works that were blocking pedestrian access on many surrounding roads at the time of my visit.

Room was clean etc
Arrived at agreed checking in time 3pm was told room wasn’t ready
The gym was a welcome addition. The breakfast had everything you could want. Very goo.
Didn't really need such a big room so cheaper smaller room would have worked.
I booked a family room we were on 6th floor sofa bed was hard
Easy check in, bar ok
Poor bed, hard pillows, cold laminate floor, heater in room didn’t work. Some black mould in shower.
Very friendly breakfast staff.
Expensive.
Location
Dated and a bit run down. Food was bad.
excellent location. easy to find. staff friendly
It was functional and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly on the bar. At reception and especially the lovely lady who took care of us at breakfast ( with glasses)! Beds really comfortable and pillows not too big !
The rooms were not lit very well -,only one reading light on one side of the bed and no good overhead light. The heater took some working out - couldn’t find an explanation . Car parking on Saturday night was a nightmare .
