Hotel was clean breakfast was good
Staff a bit not helpful
The staff was lovely
To see the police van parked outside then to be told everthing is ok . Then to be told that they had pepole stayin like a hostle and junkies that stay and kick room doors in im very angry as the pepole that paid to stay for a bereak and there was nothin told about this when booked or when we arrived ... very disapointed for the money i paid ..not very happy at all
Good location for Newcastle/Gateshead quayside, town centres an Ouseburn area
Everything was at least ‘Good’. Bedrooms could do with some USB charging points

It’s quite noisy due to the location but the hotel is good overall
Really good location for us at it was quiet and away from the city centre. The triple room was a great size, beds were very comfortable and bathroom was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We added breakfast on and it was good value. Liked the vegan food options for my dairy free Mum. We asked and they got her some vegan croissants. They had alternative milks available aswell as vegan yoghurt. Great value for money
The only negative was as the room was so big, the area with the sofa bed was dark as didn't have any lights at that end of the room. Maybe a table lamp or standard lamp in the corner would help immensely
I did not stay there and had to rebook as I was After Gateshead in Newcastle in Australia not England Contacted booking .com about this with no response- This is an easy mistake and after talking to local people here it seem to be a common mistake made by many people
