Cons:

Where do I start? It is so faded. The rooms - the pillows were awful - lumpy and so uncomfortable. The waste pipe from the room above - not boxed in so you hear the toilet being flushed. The windows are not double glazed so it is so noisy. The room was so hot despite it being February. The room was cramped - a chair in the corner made it difficult to move around the bed. Genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed

Reception welcome - lady on the desk was lovely

Cons:

Our room was awful - really poor - the window wouldn’t stay open and the window ledge outside was full of dust and rubble. Also, the bath plug wouldn’t stay in the bath so we couldn’t use the bath, the room was poor - needs a really good renovate

Great food, cocktails and perfect central location
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was incredible, all food fresh and hot. Great selection of English breakfast, cereal, fruits, breads and spreads. Plenty of juices, water, and hot drinks. Rooms were spacious and comfortable

Personel, restauracja. Lokalizacja

Cons:

Czystosc tragiczna... wykladzina nie odkurzona, cala w plamach. Sciany podrapane cale w plamach, ogromne rejecty na recznikach. Na szczescie tylko 1 noc i ucieczka do innego hotelu.
