Did the job - good rate ... I just needed a bed for the night

its an old building - historic - which I like ... this will sound crazy .. but you know people are using it as a stepping stone - passing through ... which is to be expected .. its a little dated .. otherwise fine - other guests are not there to entertain me ... I slept well and the shower was good ! Its a win

Good value accommodation for a short trip.
Pros:

Staff were all fantastic and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was fine. Location excellent.

Cons:

Room was small with a huge TV in an awkward position. It overlooked the station so I was woken early every morning. However, there was no noise from within the hotel.
Top ups of tea/coffee were sporadic and inconsistent so I had to ask for things.

Pros:

Great location lovely size rooms staff really friendly

Cons:

Dont like the fact when you turn up charge you 50 pound deposit and that then takes days to go back into your account
