Un soggiorno davvero DELUDENTE, che sconsiglio fortemente

Esperienza molto negativa. Sconsiglio la struttura.

La mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. Avevo prenotato una camera ristrutturata e con design moderno, come visibile dalle foto della Suite mostrata su Booking, e ho persino modificato l’itinerario del mio viaggio per trascorrere una notte in questa struttura, affidandomi a tali fotografie. Al mio arrivo, però, mi è stata assegnata - senza nessun preavviso al check-in da parte della titolare - una stanza completamente diversa: vecchia (anni 90, moquette, tappezzerie rosse), arredata in modo datato e di livello molto inferiore rispetto a quanto acquistato. Il letto tra l’altro era particolarmente scomodo, con molle ed erano due letti singoli uniti.

La proprietaria ha ammesso l’errore, comunicandomi che si era liberata quella stanza e in last minut ha provato a ri-piazzarla, aimè facendolo con foto non corrispondenti alla camera. Nonostante ciò al primo reclamo, non mi ha offerto alcuna soluzione concreta. Anzi, ha banalizzato la situazione sostenendo che la camera fosse comunque “bella” dal suo punto di vista, perché dotata di bagno, doccia e letto, ed essendo di ampi spazi, pretendendo che mi accontentassi. Dopo molte insistenze mi ha proposto solo un misero 20% di sconto, che ho trovato assolutamente inadeguato.

Ho così dovuto trascorrere con la mia fidanzata una notte in una camera che non corrispondeva minimamente a quella prenotata, e perdere oltre quattro ore al telefono con Booking per riuscire a ottenere finalmente un rimborso totale. Questo disguido non solo ha compromesso la mia vacanza, ma mi ha fatto sentire preso in giro e trattato con poca serietà, ma con molto opportunismo.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room, not the most modern one, but still clean, big enough and comfortable.
Kitchen and food.. AMAZING! Something I will remember for a long time!
