Piacevole e accogliente
Pros:

La posizione è molto centrale e nonostante si trovi in una posizione centrale di Lizzano il soggiorno risulta molto silenzioso e rilassante. La camera era pulita e con i comfort previsti. Il epersonale si è dimostrato molto accogliente e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste (avevamo con noi anche un cane). Bene sia la colazione che la cena (facevamo mezza pensione) con particolare riferimento alle due cene che sono risultate molto soddisfacenti. Inoltre anche nostre richieste (menu vegetariano o la possibilità di fare colazione nella terrazza dell'hotel portando il vassoio fuori) sono state accolte e soddisfatte. In generale il personale e i titolari sono molto gentili.

Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff alla reception e soprattutto della cameriera mora con gli occhiali, davvero super gentile. Colazione continentale buona, con varia scelta. Cena in struttura a un prezzo fisso onesto, con vasta scelta di antipasti e contorni + menù alla carta giornaliero sempre diverso + dolce e bevande.
La nostra camera all’ultimo piano carina e accogliente con il soffitto in legno proprio stile montagna.
La SPA piccolina ma rilassante, con possibilità di uso esclusivo, vasca idromassaggio top.
