Extremely clean and safe location
Pros:

The property is extremely clean. The staff was receptive and cordial. The property is located near the hospital. 5 minutes walk from grocery stores and 15 minutes walk to the closest train station. The center is only 25 minutes away by foot 💗

Cons:

I can only give 7 (which is still a good review) for the following reasons:
1 - you can hear anything from the other rooms, people talking, furniture moving and loud noise on the stairs early in the morning
2 - reception is not physically there, you can talk with someone via a phone through a tv screen so it’s not so personable
3 - the code to open the door at night was not working sometimes
4 - the bed was really uncomfortable so I had to overthrow the mattress to find a harder spot. Also, only one thin pillow was provided and I need 2 for my back pain. There were some blankets but in order to give a 9 or a 8 as score I would have liked a duvet which is warmer. I was really cold sometimes despite using the extra blanket from the closet
5 - there was a pseudo coffee machine but maybe it would have been nice to ask if I would rather have a kettle, I dont drink coffee in the morning.
6 - check in closes at 22 and if some rude guests arrive late and expect to check in despite the late time they start ringing the bell waking up everyone - please consider installing a bell which you can switch off after a certain time, respect the needs of other guests

Dårlig oplevelse ved check in og at senge ikke var som bestilt.
Pros:

Fint til prisen. Det var OK rent. Fint for en enkelt overnatning.

Cons:

Der var ingen receptionist, Check in var svært. De sad digitalt et andet sted på videolink. Havde bestilt 3 enkeltsenge, men fik dobbeltseng og 1 enkelt. Fordi der ikke var mennesker at snakke med, gjorde vi ikke noget ved det.
Det var okay at rejse med venner - men havde jeg rejst med familie, havde de været sure og skuffede.

Pros:

Limpio, situado cerca del centro y con varios buenos restaurantes muy cerca.

Cons:

No vimos nunca a nadie en recepción, pero han puesto una pantalla de telvisión donde se ve gente trabajando en un lobby, muy absurdo. Así que no hubo ningún control de identidad, ningún trato personalizado: para mí no se merece el nombre de hotel sino de habitaciones self service.

Posizione vicino all'ospedale S. Orsola

Cons:

- Il bagno puzzava di un forte odore sgradevole.
- I letti non avevano coperte adeguate: un letto aveva una coperta matrimoniale piegata a due per adeguarla alla misura del letto singolo, l'altro letto non aveva proprio la coperta di lana, ma solo un copriletto leggero di cotone. Nell'armadio era presente solo un copriletto leggero di maglina matrimoniale.
- I letti sono stati rifatti alla meno peggio, sembravano sfatti.
- In nostra assenza sono entrati in camera con le doppie chiavi degli operai esterni per sostituire il filtro dell'aria del condizionatore a soffitto.

tutto perfetto
Pros:

struttura situata in un quartiere tradizionale bolognese, fuori dal caos del centro. Le camere sono molto nuove e ben strutturate ed insonorizzate
