Only location is good here, nothing else

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel only because there were almost no other options available in the area. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. We didn’t receive the room we had originally booked, and check-in took more than an hour. By the time we finally got a room, it was after 10 PM — we were exhausted from traveling and decided not to argue about the booking anymore.

The room itself was in poor condition. Because the window had been left open and the hotel is located near a river, there were many insects inside. The bathroom had no toiletries provided; the only hand soap was a nearly empty, very old bottle. Everything in the hotel felt outdated and not properly cleaned. The bedding did not look fresh, and one of the sofa beds was only half-prepared with linens.

Another disappointment was the parking: although the hotel description stated that parking for guests was free, we were charged for it. Breakfast was also not worth the extra €10 per person — I would not recommend paying for it.

Overall, we would not stay here again.
