SPERO MEGLIO LA PROSSIMA....
Cons:

Ho prenotato una camera con balcone e vista mare con Booking e mi hanno fatta entrare in una camera piccolissima con una finestrella vista parcheggio.
Ho fatto notare il problema e mi hanno sistemata in una camera confort dicendomi che uscendo dal balcone (davanti avevo un altro hotel vista asciugamani stesi) sporgendomi e girando la testa verso destra avrei potuto vedere il mare.
All'ennesima lamentela il secondo giorno mi hanno indicato che visto che la stanza non era quella corretta per un errore loro mi avrebbero fatto pagare la cifra idonea per quella stanza (prezzo pieno mentre con booking sulla stanza vista mare avrei avuto uno sconto); la stanza confort aveva comunque infiltrazioni di acqua sul soffitto e una doccia piccolissima quindi sconsigliata per il prezzo.
La colazione era abbondante peccato che (nonostante venga dichiarata l'apertura dalle 07 alle 11.00) alle 09.30 il buffet era praticamente esaurito (lo caricavano quando stavamo uscendo quindi direi cattiva organizzazione).
Il personale (Direttrice a parte) era alquanto scocciato fino alla dipendente in lacrime per un litigio interno.
Inutile dire che non consiglio la struttura a meno di un cambio gestione e ristrutturazione di un Hotel che avrebbe grande potenziale vista la posizione e gli spazi.
