no reception area
Pros:

Comfortable bed and good parking lot, close to the promenade. However there is no reception and you have to call a number when you arrive in order to get in.

Cons:

There is no reception. You have to call a number when you arrive and they will come and meet you. I called three times, without any response; eventually called Booking in order to get in to my room.

Great location, good value for money
Pros:

Great lake front location, easy to check in and out. Very quiet and spacious room. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Carpet is heavily stained and needs deep cleaning or replacing.
