Comoda al centro storico. Personale cordiale e pronto a rispondere alle richieste

Cons:

Poca attenzione alla pulizia. Le camere sono state pulite e rifatte ogni mattina, ma la struttura forse avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale e soprattutto la biancheria andrebbe rinnovata. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche e asciugamani non più bianchi

Average facilities, but cleanliness issues ruined the stay.
Pros:

There is free parking opposite the hotel. The staff member working at breakfast was polite and friendly. However, in my opinion, improving cleanliness at Hotel Flowers should be the number one priority.

Cons:

Although the hotel's facilities are quite adequate, the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor level of cleanliness. There was a constant unpleasant smell in the room, and the towels and bed sheets did not appear to be properly clean. The balcony was also very dirty. While this level of cleanliness might be considered acceptable in some parts of the world, it is not acceptable for a tourist-oriented destination in an EU country such as Italy. The beds were also very old and appeared to have been repaired multiple times.

Pros:

Parcheggio gratuito comodissimo di fronte alla struttura, il ragazzo al check è stato molto cortese, la colazione varia e discreta e il prezzo del soggiorno è stato veramente ottimo.

La prima notte rumorosa, ma c'erano dei ragazzi in viaggio di studio. Il personale quindi ci è venuto incontro spostandoci di camera e di alloggio, dopo è andata bene...

Pros:

Struttura un po' datata, ma ben tenuta. Staff gentile. Piscina e area circostante molto bella. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.C'è tutto quello che serve.

Cons:

Colazione di qualità un po' bassa, forse sarebbe meglio non includerla nel prezzo e proporre migliore qualità (soprattutto il caffè...)

La strada è giusta, ma sembra lunga
Pros:

L'impegno che si nota nei lavori di ristrutturazione che purtroppo sono ancora "in progress" bagno con sanitari sfruttabili anche se un po' sottomisura, colazione abbondante

Cons:

Lavandino piccolo e scomodo, mancanza di ascensore mobili da poco e manutenuti male letto un po' corto, insonorizzazione zero poca attenzione ai dettagli (nella stanza mancavano totalmente gli asciugamani), colazione senza fantasia
