Such a lovely bunch of staff, great breakfast and clean rooms. Just a 10 minute walk from town. They make yiiba snack pack if yii go exploring and can't make breakfast in the mornings.

Me dieron una habitación de menor precio aduciendo que booking no muestra en su plataforma la habitación básica. Por medio del sistema contraté una habitación estándar y me cobraron eso pero me dieron una habitación básica, lo que equivale a un 42% más de su costo real
El personal, nos atendieron excelente. Muy buenas personas sobre todo Ester. Muy buenas las instalaciones.

Friendly staff, nice pool, comfy beds, and good breakfast. We liked that it was a bit away from the main part of the center of town- but easily walkable. They also had bikes that they let us use.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gute Lage, 10-15 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Großer Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstück.
We loved our stay. Esther was super friendly and always around doing chores till late in the evening. The room was very cozy and immaculate and we had the softest towels which they changed daily. Great bed and pillows. The best breakfast. Delicious eggs and an amazing spread of cold meats, cereals and even a toasty machine. :-) I have absolutely no notes. We had the best stay..

Although a little far from the center of San Pedro, it was an always a nice walk and a good way to discover Atacama life.

It was a little bit out of town but was not a big deal.
The room was really clean and comfortable. It was a bit outside of the center but we loved that, the nights were really quiet and it was not far for walking (maybe 10 minutes to the center). The breakfast was really good.
It was a bit freezy at night, a fan heater or a heated blanked would have been a nice extra (since the air condition is not allowed to use because of energy regulations).
Da estrutura do quarto e limpeza. Pelo que é oferecido em San Pedro, o quarto que ficamos hospedados no Illauca supre muito bem uma estadia confortável e com limpeza.
Primeiro: distância do centro. O hotel fica a uns 15 minutos a pé da rua principal da cidade (Caracoles) e isso é um problema, até porque o deslocamento se dá dentro de um bairro mais afastado e com pouca luminosidade. Segundo: barulho na vizinhança. Em um dia estava ocorrendo uma festa no prédio vizinho, com um som que não dava para dormir (e tínhamos passeio às 6h da manhã no dia seguinte). Entramos em contato com a funcionária, que conseguiu nos trocar para dormirmos em um quarto mais afastado, porém, ainda assim houve muito barulho sem uma solução concreta por parte dos responsáveis. Terceiro: ausência de café no horário antes dos passeios. Praticamente todos os passeios se iniciam antes do início do café, então a gente ficou hospedado por 3 dias no hotel e simplesmente não teve acesso ao café por nunca estar no hotel dentro do horário. A saída que eles proporcionam é um “kit”/“snack”, com suco, barra de cereal e chocolate.

El personal sumamente atento y colaborador en todo momento, la chica de recepción nos permitió quedarnos después de la hora de salida sin ningún problema, pues llegábamos de un tour luego de la hora de check out y teníamos vuelo de regreso a Santiago.

Un poco de ruido
We had a lovely stay at Illauca. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The hostel is close to the centre, yet tucked away in a quiet area, so you can still enjoy the peaceful desert atmosphere after coming back from your day trips.
The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sunset or simply relax and unwind. Everything was also very clean and well maintained. A really nice and peaceful place to stay in San Pedro!

Que está un poco lejos del centro, para nosotros o fue un problema por que nos gusta caminar y la ciudad es muy segura
