Gorgeous hotel in a great location with breathtaking scenic views
Pros:

Excellent hotel - can’t recommend enough. Very helpful and attentive staff with the personal touch. We arrived on my birthday and had a card and handmade chocolates waiting. The same waitress looked after us every day (big shout out to Elisa!!) and instantly knew our preferences. The food was just amazing - among the best we’ve ever experienced. The location is perfect for exploring Val Gardena - we used the complimentary bus tickets every day. There’s so much to do in the area - lots within walking distance as well. Cable cars, lifts, walking etc - scenery is just stunning. Back at the hotel, the spa was fantastic. The pools are quite small but perfectly fine. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with all that you needed provided. Would happily return any time.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel! Room was spacious , clean and comfortable, staff were all lovely and the location was great!
The food was incredible, both breakfast and dinner.
Spa is a good size and treatments were fantastic, again staff were lovely and everything was very fairly priced (treatments, drinks, dinner…)
Would definitely come back!

Cons:

The only real issue was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Otherwise I found it weird that they didn’t ask you to sign receipts for spend during your stay (bar, spa, dinner etc), not sure what would have happened if we had disputed anything (thankfully was all correct!)

Very friendly, nice location, very comfortabel room. We liked our stay!! Breakfast 10/10. Can recommend everybody!

A bit too expensive for what we got

Location is nice. People are friendly and helpful

Cons:

Everything comes at a cost. Not even a bottle of water is complementary. There were 3 coffee capsules given for 3 of us for 2 nights. When I asked to replenish that on 2nd night, that was charged as well.

We’ll run hotel comfortable and convenient for hikers!
Pros:

The staff especially Ivan (?) was knowledgeable about hiking and conditions, that was very important to us. The wellness center was also very welcomed. Having a balcony was great

Cons:

Balcony furniture should have been nicer and more comfortable for a place of your quality. Also parking is too tight, need more options close by.
