Not great, one night is more than enough.
Pros:

On face value the wooden lodges looked amazing and nestled in the forest was lovely.
The staff were all extremely helpful and lovely.

Cons:

The actual lodge was no more than a flimsy garden shed and therefore you could hear everything from the people in the cabin next door.
The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, such cheap quality that every spring stuck into your body.
No fridge to keep water cold.
The bathroom was basic but that was fine but the condition left a lot to be desired.
We had booked for three nights but left after the second.

A rustic but enjoyable room, great location, good food and jungle / town experience (had a nice balance).
Pros:

Location amazing for the town but also felt like you were in the jungle. We enjoyed the breakfasts at the sister Ficus hotel attached to the property. The trails were nice - we saw some Coatis and Howler monkeys.

Cons:

Ideally we would have liked a family room but had two separate ones adjoining.

Pros:

A pleasant stay in a cabin which if modernised and more connected with the neighbouring hotel, could be so much more.
Pros:

Receptionists were great, vegetation outside windows gave the room an isolated air and breakfast at neighbouring hotel was excellent

Cons:

This is not really a hotel, it is a collection of 70s style cabins set on a hill between main roads

I wouldn't go back - it was an adequate place to sleep at night but not a pleasant getaway.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the town - within walking distance

Cons:

The lodge rooms are dark - they are surrounded by trees - very little daylight. Inside the room there is not enough lighting - couldn't open the curtains because you see people walking by the window. A very depressing stay when it is raining - and it rains a lot. Also you have to walk up a hill to have breakfast in another hotel. It's a lovely hotel with a great breakfast buffet and a spectacular view but it is a hike. Not ok if you have any mobility issues.

No buen confort
Pros:

Los senderos

Cons:

Espacio de la cabaña, me parece el precio para el lugar no es proporcional
No había papel higiénico, no TV y la cabaña muy pequeña

It was an amazing place.
Pros:

The room and lodge grounds were amazing. The rooms were rustic and comfortable while the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable and there was lots to see and do in the vicinity of the lodge.

Cons:

The room could have used another lamp.

Not as expected and not user friendly.
Pros:

The sound of nature and the howlers

Cons:

When I last stayed at the lodge the breakfast was served in the reception area in the lodge. At no time was I made aware that the breakfast has now been moved to uphill to another hotel. My partner is waiting for hip surgery and having to climb the hill to get food was a disaster. He had to take more pain killers while we stayed there. At no time was it ever offered a ride up or down, this is ridiculous and very disappointing as this is not what I thought we were getting. Whoever runs this place should think more about forcing seniors and disabled people to climb this hill when they are physically not able to do so. Also the bathroom faucet was hanging loose.
Maybe close the entire place if you can’t run it properly.

Great location, breakfast, and would stay again!
Pros:

Location was excellent to walk downtown (3 mins) but not loud at all. The restaurant was excellent- breakfast was great and happy hour during sunset even better!!

Cons:

The walk up to the room was a little challenging so if mobility issues request a closer room to reception. The room was a little small and would have liked a small fridge. The walls are VERY thin but we are finding that in Costa Rica everywhere.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The location was also great, right in the middle of downtown.

Cons:

The room was very cold and dark, didn't have any type of air conditioning for either cold or warm. The pictures showed a very bright room, but it was not, it was dark.
