Pros:

Tout ! On s’y sent bien, nous avons très bien mangé et le petit dej était fantastique. La vue est magnifique,la décoration superbe, la piscine très agréable et le personnel aux petits soins mais sans chichis!

une seule étoile sur le papier mais pleins d’étoiles dans les assiettes du chef , pleins d’étoiles dans la bouteille de vin du pays basque , pleins d’étoiles dans le gâteau 36 de la cheffe pâtissière , on est reparti avec plein d’étoiles dans les yeux et dans la bouche après cet excellentissisme dîner ❤️ cerise sur le gâteau un excellent petit déjeuner avec les produits basque bien sûr , après une belle nuit calme au milieu de la verdure dans la maison basque typique , un havre de paix gastronomique , hors du temps , hélas il va falloir repartir mais nous reviendrons c’est sûr , en leur souhaitant d’être récompensé de leur excellent travail par d’autres étoiles ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pour la vue et la piscine oui. Le reste, cela se discute un peu.
Pros:

La vue est sublime, la piscine est top, le resto, le jardin, tout ça est très bien. La cuisine du bistro est originale mais parfois un peu trop spéciale. C’est cosy, on se sent bien.

Cons:

La chambre est quand même vraiment petite et bas de plafond pour le prix. On sent que l’ambiance est un peu compliquée. Le personnel est gentil mais on sent qu’il y a pas mal de pression, ce n’est pas « cool » et ça se ressent un peu. Dommage. Le petit déjeuner est franchement hors de prix sans être extraordinaire. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’espace commun à l’intérieur où l’on peut s’installer pour bouquiner ou autre en journée. S’il fait beau c’est sûrement différent car les espaces extérieurs sont très sympas mais globalement nous avons eu un temps moyen et donc nous étions un peu restreints à I intérieur. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel évidemment mais cela manque quand même d’espaces sympas à l’intérieur, on est tout de suite dans le restaurant.

La route menant à l'hôtel donne le ton, nature et dépaysement, à l'écart de l'agitation de la côte.

La bâtisse est magnifique, le jardin tout autant, la piscine très agréable.
Un personnel accueillant et très attentif à nos moindres désirs, nous avons été enchantés.
Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de gouter au menu étoilé de Cédric Béchade (restau fermé le lundi), mais sa carte bistronomique au Café basque a ravi nos papilles. Une mention très très bien au très très jeune serveur du soir :-)
Nous nous projetons déjà dans un prochain séjour là-bas !
