Jedzenie (śniadania i obiadokolacje) wspaniałe - i tradycyjne i nowoczesne. Na narty lub letnie wędrówki super. Nam się podobało i chętnie powtórzymy jeśli będzie okazja. Toaleta/prysznice - czyste i porządne.
Zgodnie z oczekiwaniami.
I loved the stunning Mountain Views and air, clean facilities and friendly staff that served us a wonderful dinner. Great stay would recommend. In the perfect place to ski would love to come back in the winter!
We had no problems.
Grazie Barbara e Cristian
Poi la cucina è veramente ottima.
Nulla
Personnel & Staff helpful, friendly and always asking if everything was ok.
Breakfast with plenty of choice, and dinner was copious. Views are gorgeous.
The public bath rooms & toilets were meticously clean.
The rifugio is on the trail of The Via Artis, a 7K loop (relatively flat) around Kronplatz, an excellent hike with family and dog.
The rifugio is up for a little paint on its wooden facade & terrace furniture.
A bit unlucky with the smoke of neighbors from the terrace. Forced us to close the window with no airco and hot temps.
The location is super wonderful! The view is breathtaking. Idk if it was low season or what, but there where very few customers, so everything was very comfortable and quiet and all the personell was pampering us. We had breakfast, sauna and jacuzzi while phisically admiring some beatiful Dolomiti!
The trek to the top (Kroneplatz) is short and easy and there there are two beautiful and interesting museums about the mountains, and the super adrenalinic swing.
The trek to the bottom (where we parked) was also a very easy 45 mins descent.
I didn't chose the place, I just booked it according to the orders of my boss (wife) so I completely missed out that
-this is not a hotel, is a refuge, with no room bathroom (shared on the same floor)
-the last miles are an off-road and you can't drive there without a tall car (but the management called us and offered a pickup service for a price)
I was startled but everything worked out in the end.
Location, location, location - amazing and breathtaking. You could just sit there for hours and enjoy it.
The room was quite small for 5 people, and the beds weren’t that comfy.
It has a beautiful location and space. The staff was incredible and really helpful. The main deck had fantastic views. You could have morning coffee or an afternoon drink looking out over the mountains.
The mountain is amazing but I felt the hiking was limited. We took a gondola to the top of the mountain and hiked 20 minutes from there. Apparently you can take a taxi there but when I asked about how to get there, they only mentioned gondola, hiking or biking. The food was really delicious but you don't get a bill until the end and it felt very pricey for the amount we ate.
We liked everything. The lack of a TV and weak internet provided the opportunity for true relaxation. One of the most beautiful views we've had during our travels. A place where time moves slower in the summer. Friendly staff, good cuisine. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect
The location is beautiful, with a museum and a photo gallery right up the hill, art walk, gorgeous panoramic views. If traveling solo, you can book direct to pay less for a single room.
The staff is hard to reach. They were very slow to respond on messenger and beyond saying “you must take a lift up” they did not respond to questions about accessing the property. They did not answer the phone when I called, they overcharged for food items and did not disclose that taking one roll from breakfast will cost 3.50 — they prefer that you leave it on the table uneaten and wasted. They charged in full for using the hot tub and sauna even though they would not heat up the hot tub. I also expected a quiet spot but the other guests were quite loud until late, which is not the property’s fault but it really detracted from the expectation.
Incredible location, right on the slope of Kronplatz (one of the top Ski resorts in Italy). Room with the balcony and view on the Alps. Very friendly staff always keen to help. Delicious South Tyrolean cousine and great service. Outdoor terrace with beautiful view over Furkel Pass.
I have no objections.
