Vraiment incroyable je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Zklamání z personálu i z jídla
Pros:

Pěkné místo, s hezkým výhledem.
Barman byl fajn a snažil se, ale trochu nestíhal. Na objednání drinku jsme čekali přes půl hodiny.

Cons:

Naprosté zklamání z chování personálu. Při příjezdu měla recepční komentář, že budeme POUZE jednu noc. Servírka v restauraci na nás mluvila směsí italštiny a němčiny, přičemž my na ní anglicky, takže se dalo pochopit, že italsky a německy nemluvíme. Celkově byla dost nepříjemná. Při check-out se nikdy neobtěžoval zeptat, zda bylo vše v pořádku.
Jídlo v restauraci bylo průměrné, nevýrazné.
Bazén na dně špinavý.
Barman nestíhal, přičemž zbytek personálu poklízel stoly. Nepochopitelné.
Na pokoji byla mrtvá můra.
Pokoj a hlavně koupelna by zasloužily modernizaci.

Heerlijke oasa van rust met prachtige wellness, fijne bar en goede keuken.
Pros:

Hele fijne locatie, prachtige wellness met schitterend uitzicht over de vallei, ruime kamers, heel goed diner.

Cons:

Ik heb in mijn eentje een tweepersoonskamer geboekt, maar die werd steeds voor precies 1 persoon opgemaakt. Het tweepersoonsbed met linnen voor 1 persoon, handdoek voor 1 persoon, etc. Dat voelt goedkoop en alsof je niet voldoende betaald hebt voor een tweepersoonskamer.

Comfort e benessere al centro delle Dolomiti
Pros:

Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile, la cucina è stata eccellente, varia e con prodotti di altissima qualità. La piscina e la SPA molto confortevoli, curate e accoglienti. Accappatoi e asciugamani in dotazione molto graditi. Il panorama è impareggiabile.

Cons:

Avendo sciato tutto il giorno, al pomeriggio dopo doccia e piscina si è stanchi, ma forse offrirei qualche spunto per la serata, anche perché non è nel centro del paese.
