Comfort e benessere al centro delle Dolomiti
Pros:

Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile, la cucina è stata eccellente, varia e con prodotti di altissima qualità. La piscina e la SPA molto confortevoli, curate e accoglienti. Accappatoi e asciugamani in dotazione molto graditi. Il panorama è impareggiabile.

Cons:

Avendo sciato tutto il giorno, al pomeriggio dopo doccia e piscina si è stanchi, ma forse offrirei qualche spunto per la serata, anche perché non è nel centro del paese.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa, pulita e panoramica. Cucina curata e particolare con abbondante buffet antipasti. Zona spa/sauna/piscina. Struttura elegante ma accogliente.

Cons:

Il titolare a volte eccessivo nel controllare le diverse aree dell'albergo e/o correggere il comportamento degli ospiti. Parcheggio esterno, non il massimo con neve copiosa.

Overall, an excellent stay. The food is fantastic – you are never hungry – and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming
Pros:

Hotel Bellavista Emma is a truly beautiful place to stay. The interior is tastefully designed with great attention to detail, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. All areas feel very comfortable and well thought out, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time there. A lovely hotel that combines style, comfort, and a welcoming feeling.

Cons:

The only minor downsides were a slightly outdated elevator and a rather simply furnished room (Comfort). However, it’s important to note that we used the elevator only for luggage, so it was not disturbing at all. The same applies to the room – despite the simpler, older furnishings, it is spacious, cozy, and pleasant, so overall it did not negatively affect our stay.

wunderbares hotel in bester aussichtslage. perfekt für radtouren und wanderungen. toller spa bereich mit toller massage. ausgezeichntes frühstück und top küche. sehr aufmerksames und freundliches personal (multilingial!)

Cons:

speisen abends - vermutlich aufgrund optimierbarer koordination - tlw. nur lauwarm. wurde aber nachdem man das personal aufmerksam machte weitesgehenst korrigiert.
das war aber ehrlich gesagt der einzige kritikpunkt. weil es einfach schade ist, wenn top küche leider nicht warm am tisch ankommt.

Stunning location and facilities but abysmal customer service
Pros:

The location just outside the town was perfect as we had stunning views of the Dolomites. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfy.

Cons:

The attitude and customer service of all the staff was very abrupt and quite frankly rude. For the amount that we paid to stay at the hotel, I would have expected superior customer service. I will not stay here or recommend this hotel for this reason.
