Hermoso hotel, algunos empleados divinos, otros flojos
Pros:

La espectacular ubicación, la fácil disponibilidad de pileta y cancha de tenis, y la belleza del hotel

Cons:

Algunos empleados son flojos (otros muy buenos). Quise reservar una cancha de tenis y me dijeron que ambas estaban reservadas, pero fue un error y ni yo ni nadie la aprovechó. Anotarme en una actividad promocionada por el hotle fue un laberinto: de recepción me enviaron al bar, del bar al spa, con informaciones vagas y contradictorias.

Típico resort de ski com vista linda
Pros:

O hotel é grande e tem a vibe típica de resorts de ski. A decoração do lobby é bonita, a vista do lago e linda. Inicialmente fui acomodado num quarto antigo, que tinha alguns problemas de conservação, mas depois de conversar na recepção trocaram meu quarto por um dos quartos renovados, que são muito mais bonitos e agradáveis. O hotel oferece várias atividades, como piscinas, quadras de tênis, etc.

Cons:

O café da manhã tem bastante opções mas demoram demais a repor a comida, que acaba muito rápido.
Os quartos antigos estão precisando de renovação. Nenhum quarto tem ar condicionado, apenas aquecimento. Fomos no verão e fez muito calor. Os quartos renovados tem ventilador de teto, que ajuda, mas não é o ideal.

Revigorante poder usufruir da piscina e spa depois de dias de escalada

Achei as camas (twin) pequenas. Aliás o qto como um todo era bem pequeno

Hermoso lugar para ir en invierno, en verano no cuentan como enfriar las piezas.
Pros:

La ubicación, increible vista, rica piscina temperada

Cons:

El calor!! no cuentan con sistema de ventilación ni aire acondicionado, no se podia dormir, 26 grados en la pieza! el estacionamiento es inexistente, hay que usar el camino y te corren.

Not relaxing at all
Pros:

The location is very good if you want to be close to the Cerro and the lobby is confortable, cozy with great views.

Cons:

Wasn’t informed that there were no elevators and the rooms were at an outside building.
The breakfast quite poor.
The toiletries were terrible.
Even though it didn’t make a difference to me the only elevator was vroken the whole time I was there.
