Perfekt. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne, komfortable Unterkunft. Für die Kinder ein Traum. Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr leckereres, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr gutes Personal, alle nett und freundlich. 5 Sterne 👍🏻

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Il paradiso dei bambini (e degli adulti)
Pros:

Posto incredibile. Stanze meravigliose, dotate di tutti i comfort, struttura con ogni tipo di sevizio e giochi per bambini, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, cibo eccezionale

Che non posso viverci tutto l’anno 😂

Hotel entspricht zu dem Preis nicht die Erwartungen
Pros:

Die schön angelegten Wege. Wie die Natur mit ins Hotel eingebunden wurde.,

Cons:

Leider entspricht das Hotel keinem 5 Sterne Niveau. Ich war schon in sehr vielen 5 Sterne Hotel in Südtirol.
Quellenhof, Andreas, Mirabelle und viele andere Aber was Essen, Komfort, Einrichtungen für Kinder angeht, da passt das einfach nicht zusammen. Und dann steht da der viel zu hohe Preis.
Nochmal würden wir nicht mehr kommen.

Pros:

Super hotel. Godny przedstawiciel rodziny Falkensteiner. Niesamowicie smaczna kuchnia i dobre wino. Wszystko jest przemyślane pod kątem rodzin z dziećmi. Zdecydowanie polecam dla rodzin. Dobre położenie, blisko do wielu atrakcji w Dolomitach.

Cons:

My mieliśmy słaby pokój, taki co widzial już swoje. Miejsce dla spania dzieci było wielkości nie dużej szafy.

One of the best family hotels we’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the water slides and pools, the food was excellent and well-presented. Wonderful chefs who were happy to adjust things for children and create a plate of just what they would enjoy. Nice ambiance. The setting is super with very easy access to the beautiful Alpine scenery. It’s expensive but by the end of your stay you realise why. Top tip: do the alpaca walk!

Pros:

Mye å gjøre for barna

Cons:

Overpriset, alt for små fellesarealer med så mange gjester. Ingen personale som fulgte med f.eks. i køen til sklien i bassenget. Unger som har blitt sluppet løs av foreldre , null folkeskikk. Mer personale på plass kunne løst dette. Skjønner at det er høysesong, men det er ingen unnskyldning.

Amazing staff, amazing location, beautiful and clean hotel.
Pros:

Amazing team, great hotel, with a beautiful location, and amazing staff they feel like they're a family not just normal hotel staff. Definitely coming back again over and over. Thanks to everyone who helped to make our little girls have so much fun and unforgettable memories.

Great family resort that still caters for adults.
Pros:

Compact resort but they pack so much in. Super family friendly and lots to do.

Cons:

Loved how it’s combined fun for the kids but still had a grown up feel. Only thing that let it down were the flies! They were everywhere, appreciate it’s been an unusually hot summer but they need to get a handle on keeping the food protected, quite off putting to see flies all over the food in the buffet.
