Un desastre, hotel para uso por horas, sin advertencia alguna!!
Pros:

En verdad solo la ubicación era buena, para el objetivo de mi visita en Colombo, ya que estaba a 7 minutos del departamento de migración al que debía ir.

Cons:

Este hotel alquila por horas a parejas y a mi llegada no pude hacer el check in como estaba indicado en mi reserva a las 13:00 hs sino a las 17:00 hs, porque mi habitación estaba ocupada por clientes del día. No me parece que el la página de booking.com esté indicado nada sobre esta situación. Fue muy desagradable y además la persona encargada no hablaba nada de inglés, así que la comunicación era casi imposible.

Clean, comfortable and near to Immigration Office
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room, easy to find with very helpful staff. 10 minutes walk to the Immigration Office for extending your tourist visa

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, with the bathroom being particularly unclean. To make matters worse, the bathroom door had no proper lock, making privacy an issue, and the hot water shower was broken.

When we raised these concerns and requested a room change, the owners were unhelpful and acted as if it was our fault. They refused to offer a solution or a refund, instead making excuses for the issues. Their attitude was unprofessional, making us feel as if we were trying to stay for free rather than being paying guests.

I do not recommend staying here. However, if you must, make sure to inspect the room before making any payment, as the management is unwilling to take responsibility for their accommodations.

Pros:

Very close to the immigration. Nice quarter area. Quiet.

Cons:

Very big lack of cleanliness basics . Such a shame. This place could be a really nice one if they would take care about every little stuff to fix, walls to repair and leeking roof to arrange...
If that was done it would be valuable. So far it's unfortunately not.

Maybe only one thing to improve, we were missing an outside chair to sit on the balcony.
