Very welcoming, very well located

The staff, especially the owner, Sara, were excellent. All were very helpful and obviously took great pride in the hotel and the city. The location in the heart of the old town made everything very accessible. The breakfast was plentiful and we also very much enjoyed our evening meal there too.

Fantastic location right in the center of the town. Hotel is ultra clean and the rooms have clearly been recently updated. Upon arrival, Sara the owner whom clearly keeps her hand securely in the operation, provided a detailed orientation both to the hotel, the town, the lake, and the surrounding area. She clearly takes great pride in her city and hotel. She also drives a really cool vintage Fiat - at least when it starts. The entire staff were all extremely friendly, efficient, helpful, informative, and professional. Ariel, the morning breakfast attendant was outstanding and was able to prepare the best cappuccino in Como. We ate a superb dinner in the restaurant and were provided great service from the restaurant manager (can’t remember his name) and all waitstaff.

We will not hesitate to stay here on our next visit and will heartily recommend this property to any friends or family visiting the area.

Central location on an amazing little piazza in Como packed with Restaurants. Neat historical building, and it was a treat to breakfast open-air in the piazza watching the town come to life.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are nice to talk to. The downstairs restaurant is also one of the best in the area. The location is perfect in the city center for walking.

・2階には快適な共用パティオテラスがあり、ティータイム等で活用できます。
・最寄りのスーパー（カルフールエクスプレス）まで徒歩5分程度です。より大きく24時間営業のカルフールマーケットまで徒歩10分以内です。
・ホテルにランドリーはないものの、S.Giovanni駅方向徒歩15分弱のコインランドリーを利用できました。
・広場に設けられたテーブルで快適に優雅な朝食をいただけます。このレストランは、市内でも「美味しい」「工夫されたメニュー」「比較的リーズナブル価格」ですので、昼食・夕食にお勧めです。
・スタッフのみなさんは明るく親切にサポートしてくれました。頼りがいのある存在です。
・旧市街中心部といえる一方で「観光客が溢れているわけではない」広場の一角という絶妙なロケーションで、コモの街の良さを感じることができました。
・「こぢんまりとした家庭的なホテル」に泊まりたかった私のニーズにぴったりでした。
