Buena ubicación y amables
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación céntrica, el personal amable. Puedes acceder con el coche hasta la puerta para para dejar las maletas

Acceso a la escalera escondido y puedes dejar las maletas pero se dejan en la propia recepción en un rincón sin más

Pros:

L'albergo è in posizione centralissima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo e dalla stazione. La camera era ampia, luminosa e arredata con molto gusto, e silenziosissima. La ragazza che mi ha accolto alla reception è stata gentilissima e disponibile, e ho potuto lasciare la valigia in attesa che fosse pronta la camera e anche il giorno successivo dopo il check-out. La colazione varia, con brioche e torte fatta in casa, allestita in una stanza tranquilla. Tutto veramente ottimo! L'albergo ha anche il ristorante, proprio sotto.

Pros:

In albergo era tutto nuovo e/e ristrutturato, pulito, la stanza non era proprio enorme, ma era più che sufficiente. Comunque pulito, non c’erano nessun odore strano e/o particolare.
Posto, nonostante il centro città e zona pedonale, e molto silenzioso.
Colazione era perfetta, unica cosa - avrei iniziato un’ora prima) cioè dalle 7.

Wonderful place in all aspects, especially the great help and customer service received from Paola!!
Pros:

Fabulous place in great location right in the center of town. Paola at the front desk was phenomenal in so many ways, and went way over and above to help us when our driver did not show up as expected. She is truly a very sweet and caring person!!

Très agréable, très bien situé, belle chambre!
Pros:

Accueil impeccable, et en français. Localisation au centre historique de Côme, idéal pour se balader. Superbe chambre, spacieuse; petite terrasse à l'étage pour prendre le café et fumer tranquillement.

Cons:

Nous sommes descendus à 9h15 pour le pdj (ouvert jusqu'à 10h) et il n'y avait plus grand chose à manger à part les biscottes... un peu décevant, même si nous comprenons qu'il faut éviter le gaspillage.

Zentrale ruhige Lage mitten in Como. Freundliches Personal und guter Zimmerservice. Angeschlossenes Restaurant mit grosser Weinauswahl.

The staff were very helpful, I felt safe in the building, it was a lovely location in Como
Pros:

The breakfast was only fair. They was plenty of fresh fruit but it was always too hard to eat. Day after day. A fresh fruit cocktail would have been better. Also it’s nice to have some cherry tomatoes snd cucumber. The coffee was delicious.
