Great Hotel
Pros:

I absolutely loved staying here. The first wonderful thing about this hotel was a young man named Giulio who checked us in. He could not have been more kind and accommodating! The A/C was not functioning so he showed us another room option but we decided to stay in the junior suite without a/c because it wasn't hot and it was a larger room. He brought us a circulating fan just in case. He took great time to show us the map of town and made wonderful dining recommendations and a reservation for us. He also brought a heater to our room when it got cold one night.
Breakfast room was large with lots of options. Location was outstanding. The staff were all kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Lots of stairs but I think that's the case everywhere in the Cinque Terre. I believe there were less stairs here than other hotels in town.

Bra vistelse men tycker att jag blev dåligt behandlad för att jag åkte ensam. Val av rum och ekonomi
Pros:

Bra frukost men man jagade oss för att få bekräftat vårt rumsnummer. Kändes som att man inte litade på oss och att man från dag till dag inte kom ihåg att man redan frågat oss.

Cons:

Jag fick veta att min Ac inte skulle fungerar en vecka innan ankomst och blev tillfrågad om jag ändå ville ha rummet. Att hitta ett alternativ nära mina vänner på en vecka var ju omöjligt och att jag inte fick någon prisreduktion är undermåligt. jag betalde mer för mitt rum i annexet än mina vänner betalde för rum i huvudbyggnaden som var mycket finare.

Harde senger og lite bra frokost. Kommer ikke tilbake.
Pros:

Fin plassering midt i gamlebyen..

Cons:

Frokosten var kjedelig med lite utvalg.
Sengene var utrolig harde. Vi avbrøt oppholdet ett døgn tidligere enn planlagt på grunn av dette. Det var også utrolig lytt mellom rommene!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent location, quiet at night but right in the bustle of the day atmosphere. Very good breakfast- fruit, yoghurt, eggs, pastries, coffee, juice etc comfortable bed with nice linens. Easy walk to train station- 5-7 mins
