Lovely property and a lovely quiet town

It was a lovely little hotel near the beach. We stayed off season, so it was quiet. I reserved late, so didn’t get a view of the water. I would recommend you try. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet provided good options and was tasty. It’s a quaint quiet town, but you can walk the beach to other towns. There are local restaurants and shops that are fun to visit.

Wir haben einige Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Haus ist modern, wirkt noch recht neu, und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer war zum Meer hin ausgerichtet, gleichzeitig aber auch zur Straße und zu einem großen Parkplatz. An sonnigen Tagen war dieser stark frequentiert, was die Lage insgesamt weniger idyllisch machte. Am Samstagabend war es so laut, dass wir bei offenem Fenster kaum schlafen konnten – zusätzlich hatten wir laute Nachbarn. Bei geschlossenem Fenster wurde es uns schnell zu warm, aber wir haben auf Nachfrage einen Ventilator erhalten. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht.

Das Frühstück war typisch französisch mit vielen süßen Speisen. Für uns war es ausreichend, auch wenn wir uns etwas Gemüse zur Auswahl gewünscht hätten.

Insgesamt ein modernes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wer allerdings empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert oder Wert auf absolute Ruhe legt, sollte dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

I think due to the remoteness of the property, you should not have to pay for parking. Parking should be included in the reservation. The breakfast was fantastic, although a bit expensive. There staff are amazing and friendly.

A beautifully appointed hotel, with polite, friendly and professional staff, in a lovely part of France.

Wonderful oceanfront hotel. Staff is friendly and the local area is peaceful. Great restaurants within walking distance.

très bien situé , très calme dans les chambres comme à l extérieur ,chambre spacieuse et très propre comme tout l hôtel , décor sobre mais avec goût , petit déjeuner très bien, personnel très poli et professionnel ,prix très correct, un vrai trois étoiles

We arrived late and they were very communicative about how to get access to the room. Very helpful, great room with a beautiful view. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. Would have loved to have spent more time there!

The Hôtel Spa Face à la Mer is a quaint boutique hotel on the beach/British Channel in a small town near the Normandy sites, within 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to most of the sites you would want to see in this area. The staff, rooms and breakfast were all fantastic. A very quiet peaceful town. A handful of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend staying here.

Not your typical beach hotel. Very clean, decor well done, furnishing in excellent shape, great location with free parking. Many nice restaurants and cafes within just a few minutes walk. We would stay here agin without doubt. It’s 10
