Que el nombre se llame beach hotel Alfredo genera confusión y hace pensar que es un hotel, no es hotel, es un edificio de apartamentos, no hay ni recepción, ni servicio de consigna para las maletas, ni limpieza de habitaciones

Great location and apartment
Pros:

Great location close to the beach and local facilities. We enjoyed using as a base for exploring the city of Las Palmas. Good communications for access and agreement for a slightly later check-out.

La mejor elección
Pros:

Situación estupenda cerca de la playa de la playa de las canteras pero en una calle muy tranquila.
Habitaciones amplias y limpias, colchón condísimo.
La recepción no estaba por un problema personal pero nos atendió telefónicamente en todo momento. Simplemente perfecto

Todo, excelente ubicación, limpio y cómodo incluso con niños.

Cons:

Simplemente que ha bastante ruido en la calle. La noche del viernes hubo una pelea en la calle y hubo mucho ruido. No es culpa del alojamiento pero la insonorización puede mejorar

Siisti ja tilava huone, toimiva ilmastointi/ lämmitys. Sijainti hyvä, lähellä rantaa. Naapurissa konditoria, josta voi hakea vaikka aamiaiscroissantit. Sänky ok. Keittiö toimiva ja riittävä. Pyyhkeitä vaihdettiin usein, n. joka 2. pv. Oikeat avaimet plussaa (vrt. esim. sähköisiin koodilukkoihin)

Cons:

Tyynyt olivat kovat ja korkeat. Lakanat olisi voinut vaihtaa kahdesti 11 vrk:n majoittumisen aikana. Äänieristys aika huono, mutta korvatulppien kanssa ei haitannut nukkumista. Muuten erittäin rauhallinen pieni hotelli.
