外にある温泉はとても良かった。特に小さい湯船の方は温度も良くて良かった。朝ごはんも期待はしてなかったが、ふわふわのパンが美味しかった。
部屋の暖房が全く効かない。24℃に設定したもずっと18℃。掛け布団も薄すぎて風邪ひいた。部屋に全てが古くて、トイレットペーパーも流せない。

Главное достоинство этого отеля - бассейны! 2 больших и 4 джакузи - везде разная температура воды, от теплой до горячей. Достаточное количество шезлонгов. Возле бассейна есть раздевалка и туалет. Можно сделать заказ еды/напитков из ресторана Иванчов Хан.
Удобное время заезда и выезда.
Завтрак скромный, но все свежее и вкусное. Омлет, йогурт, кисело мляко, хлопья, колбасы, сыр, брынза, сладкая выпечка - голодным никто не останется.
Персонал очень приветливый.

Номера очень старые, постельное белье было в дырках (я такое вижу первый раз!). Причем видно, что оно уже просто разлазится от ветхости
Матрасы продавлены так, будто на них спал еще хан Аспарух (хотя, справедливости ради, спина на утро не болело).
Стекла в балконной двери были очень грязными - приходилось постоянно задергивать шторы, чтобы не видеть их.
Не было розеток возле кроватей. И вообще на весь номер была одна работающая розетка, во вторую включался холодильник (выглядела она очень устрашающе)
