Rooms were spacious and well maintained, enough parking space and courteous staff.
Some kind of smell in common areas including reception
There was nothing to like. Dingy, hot ( no AC was working) full of flies.
Staff was rude, non cooperative. Third class reception and the same was room. AC wasn't working..dirty linen.. leaking bathroom. Hygiene was pathetic. I had to check out and no refund was done as they said it's non refundable. They didn't let me go and see the rooms before making the payment. Totally unprofessional and third class hotel.

The restaurant facilities at the hotel were pretty good. I'd like to mention a few names Satyakant, chef Dinesh and Sonu because of them our stay was pleasant and they made sure to accomodate as much as possible infact our every odd demand. Because I was traveling for an exam, I had some preparations to be made earlier for the same. Overall the services were quite a lot slow, the manager when asked about anything had the audacity of refusing everything said within seconds, be it be housekeeping or you ask them for opening your balcony for which they don't provide a key and everytime you've to call the reception for opening or closing it further of. I'd remember inde hotel only and only for the food of the restaurant was super amazing and the restaurant guys were very sweet and helping, they helped us out of the way with the facilities manager was supposed to help but he didn't. Rest to mention a few things more, rooms were not clean to the core, bed sheets had stains and they used to stink, they do not have facility for round the clock hot water, there's no almirah's in the room, a basic lack of some toiletries, the ones that were there were also dirty and shabby, housekeeping used to come at 1 pm. Basically you had to call them for everything to get it done. It was a good property but not maintained that well.
