Night staff over vigilant trying to charge and over charge for anything they can. instead of being helpful they were just trying to put money in their wallets. Shame good hotel but night staff need to. learn to be helpful

Friendly staff and cleaning mess
The staff was nice and helpful whenever I needed help. The Indian food was generally speaking good for both breakfast and dinner (less so the western options in the breakfast). Internet was decent even though not the fastest and the shower had good temperature and pressure.
The position wasn’t the best, quite far from the center and positioned on a very awkward highway. Nothing could be done walking distance nor even an ATM. The room was never cleaned during my stay and the bed never done. I had to ask them to remove the dirty plates of the dinner I ordered as the first day they didn’t. I found this a bit strange for a 4 star hotel.
