on the whole, the stay was comfortable except for the room size .
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with numerous items to choose from. Lunch buffet is expensive and not suitable for a poor eater like me. Room is too small and moving around and accomodating people and friends for a meeting or so is very difficult.

Room cleaning and stuffs are to our satisfaction. Bed is too soft . Behavior of security staff to reception, restaurant, room service etc were satisfactory.

Good stay
Pros:

Property is within the city and very easily accessible to airport and railway station. The room was squeaky clean and the ambience was decent given the tariff.

Cons:

The lift accessing the floors were limited and always stuck causing delays especially if the guest awaiting to climb their rooms allocated at top floors. The passage leading to rooms were quite noisy at night thus house keeping can be improved. However the hotel staff were quite polite and responsive
