Pros:

The staffs were very considerate, very friendly. I couldn't check out at 12.00 as we were held up in VFS. They were kind enough to give me extra time till 5.00 pm. We weren't billed extra for the late check out. I thank them wholeheartedly.

The staffs were friendly

Cons:

Staffs doesn’t seems to handover properly after finishing the shifts, we had to shorten our stay so we asked for the final payment and the rates were getting higher each and everyday we asked, each day different rates were given by the staffs, and we had to pay a huge amount for staying for 6days. Such a disappointment. And we requested to changed the room twice and their was no response from the staffs, we ended us in the same room which they said was the best view but all we saw was a old house roof from our room. The floor were smelly.
