Beyond perfect location in Kochi which is important to be sure, everything was beyond exceptional. Restaurant great, great, every staff member incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful, attentive, responsive ... just fantastic group.

I’ve been staying at this Ibis since 2018, and it used to be quite decent. However, during my recent stay, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The amenities have significantly declined, cleanliness was not up to standard, and the property clearly needs proper maintenance. Both the rooms and corridors had an unpleasant odour, which made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the quality

Die Lage ist super fürs Shopping. Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal dort und Ebin hat uns immer sehr gut behandelt. Er war sehr zuvorkommend.
Manche zimmer hatten einen modrigen Geruch. Auch mit der Klimaanlage hatte es einen feuchten Geruch. Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren bisschen schimmelig.

Very small sized room. Restaurant in the hotel is not operational 24/7.
location is superb - clean hotel - nice staff so give full mark stayed in ibis in uk and else where earlier as well
One small issue - the lobby is on 1st floor - and when my driver was bringing the luggage to the room and also another friend coming to the room not to stay there just to bring my stuff they were asking ID's of these persons which normally none of the hotels asks unless they are staying
Location
I have stayed in quite a few Ibis hotels in different countries over the years, this Ibis is by far the worst one... very outdated and felt like a 2 star hotel, the reception staff was lovely though. Won't be staying here again.
