They canceled my booking without informing me. I found their contact number on the app and tried calling them, but they were busy and didn't return my call. When I arrived with my family, they told me they had already given the room to someone else and had no available rooms. As a result, we had to spend two hours searching for another place to stay. This behavior is very rude.
