Good property but bad staff service especially reception person
Pros:

Good location , clean rooms

Cons:

No dedicated person on reception , water flow was not proper , there was no water from 11:30 pm , no proper water for having bath , when given any good suggestion the reception person was acting too smart to even not listen to their mistakes

Pros:

Breakfast was good but limited option. Service was exceptional .. very friendly staff , amazing rooms , amazing ac

Cons:

For improving I would say change the quality of your bedsheet .. threads are coming out and it itches if you sleep without with tshirt. Also instead of geyser if you could keep water heaters would be great. But over all I would rate this hotel 5/5

Staff is disorganized. Contacting the property is tedious.The bill comes before the food order is delivered.

Cons:

Room floor was sticky and was smelling real bad.
Bathroom was not clean. Curtains were dirty. Bed was having cigarette smell. The hotel is not good when you are travelling with small kids.
