Pros:

A good sized, clean room. Breakfast was great. A nice little coffee shop attached. Good value.

Cons:

The location was not that nice. Up from the hotel is an area that is used as an urinal. Not only did it smell, but on two of the three times I walked down there I had to walk past men urinating. Not great for a solo female.

I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Everything was excellent. There is a very nice coffee shop at the premises, and a good access to everywhere - by bus, train or metro.

Absolute disaster

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe stay at New Hotel Suhail, Hyderabad
This hotel was a complete disaster. We booked New Hotel Suhail in Hyderabad for our family of 8 from 10/02/2026 to 12/02/2026, and the moment we entered the room, we found cockroaches crawling around the floor, mosquitoes everywhere, and a room that was clearly not cleaned properly. The bathroom is awful. Not even a road side lodge doesn’t smell like this . No room fresheners, nothing. Even worse, the power sockets were cracked, which is a serious electrical hazard and completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that expects guests to pay for a stay. When we complained to the staff, they simply sprayed repellent and acted like that would solve everything. It didn’t. That is not cleaning, and it is not proper service.
We checked in late at night, so we had no choice but to stay there, but the experience was awful from start to finish. The room was filthy, the hygiene was shocking, and the overall condition of the place was nowhere near acceptable. My partner, who is from abroad, honestly said it didn’t even feel like a 1-star hotel. We even wanted to check out, but it was late night and couldn’t get booking close by hotels.
On top of all that, the road to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it very difficult for a car to enter or drive comfortably. For a hotel that hosts families, this place is a major disappointment and should seriously improve its cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was good .

Cons:

Few things-
The lane to the hotel is way too narrow ..like a one way road at a time.
Also during our dlstay the drainage pipe was jammed..so all the dirty water was on the whole street and it was very smelly .
There was mosquito and cockroach .
I had informed the manager to help me with the coil in evening .
But even at night they didn't get me any things for the mosquitos ..had to call multiple times ..till they got me agarbatti as at that late hour only this was available .
