Il personale e' stato estremamente cortese e disponibile. Belle persone!
Pros:

Uno dei migliori cappuccini bevuti negli ultimi anni!!! Personale davvero disponibile e cortese. Malgrado la struttura fosse un po' antica, era tutto molto pulito. La posizione e' ottima per raggiungere il centro di Firenze con la tramvia o il Careggi anche a piedi.

Cons:

Le porte della stanza non bloccano il rumore e ogni volta che qualche ospite si muoveva in corridoio era come fosse in stanza con me.

- Stanza grande e doccia buona

Cons:

- Non una reggia ovviamente, ma per il prezzo che si paga non si può volere di più
- Odore non grandioso nella hall, e termosifoni inutilmente a palla quando si entra nella stanza, tale per cui ho dovuto aprire la finestra per farla raffreddare

Pros:

Personal muy agradable y servicial. Instalaciones antiguas, pero merece mucho la pena por el precio y la buena comunicación con el centro a través del tren. Tenía una pequeña nevera que nos sirvió bastante.

Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado.

Very clean place with helpful staff
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The location is near the train station and you can get to the center of Florence very easily. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I think that is a very good place for a person who is traveling on a budget.

Cons:

Obviously it is a budget hotel so the building is pretty old. You have to keep in mind that it is located in an apartment building and the sign is not lit, so it will take a moment to locate it. When you get into the building there is no sign of where to go, but luckily the person working there called us up from the stairs.
