Pros:

La struttura si trova all’Interno di un condominio.
Ben curato, e in una zona molto tranquilla.
Lo staff molto cordiale e molto disponibile con i clienti. Dispone di una stanza, dove è possibile fare colazione.
Il bagno era pulito, e anche la stanza, lenzuola pulite e sistemate ogni giorno. Prezzo molto buono.

Pros:

La habitacion estuvo bien. Espaciosa.

Cons:

Las almohadas estaban muy duras y no se podía dormir con ellas.
No puedes dejar las ventanas abiertas porque entran mosquitos.

Limpio. Cama cómoda.
Cerca del centro en transporte público.
Lo regenta una familia encantadora y dan desayuno de cortesía

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado, teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y se llenó de mosquitos.

Tampoco tuvimos suerte con otros huéspedes que daban portazos y se les escuchaba hablar todo el rato.

A pesar de todo ello, lo recomiendo

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei gestori.
Ottimo il confort del letto.

Cons:

Facendo ancora caldo e non essendoci aria condizionata avrei tenuto volentieri la finestra aperta. Ho avuto qualche remora a farlo perché la camera è al primo piano.

Pros:

Atmosfera piacevole, camere pulitissime, colazione molto buona. Staff gentilissimo, per la mia prima volta a Firenze è stata una bella accoglienza!

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca era l’assenza di aria condizionata, c’è il ventilatore al soffitto quindi non si sta malissimo in fin dei conti! Ma nelle giornate più torride può essere complicato!

Это не супер отель. Но для тех денег, которые мы заплатили за проживание в нем, все было прекрасно! В номере был холодильник. Также в стоимость был включен завтрак, что было приятным бонусом, так как это не было обозначено на Booking при бронировании.
Персонал очень приятный и любезный! ❤️

Pulizia impeccabile e personale molto gentile, anche se la struttura necessita di miglioramenti
Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha messo a nostro agio sin da subito, dandoci anche tutte le informazioni che servivano per raggiungere il centro della città e altri luoghi, suggerendici come spostarci da una zona all'altra, quali mezzi prendere e quali evitare. Nella camera c'era tutto il necessario e la pulizia era davvero impeccabile, ci siamo trovati bene.

Cons:

La struttura si trova all'interno di un condominio e non è molto facile da individuare, è un po' datata e apparentemente un po' fatiscente, ad esempio le porte e gli infissi (balconi e finestre) non sono il massimo e qualcosa necessita di manutenzione/sostituzione (come le tapparelle del bagno); anche se nonostante questo abbiamo goduto di un buon soggiorno. La colazione era giusta ma si potrebbe migliorare magari con dei cornetti freschi invece di quelli confezionati; nonostante ciò era tutto buono. Il ventilatore appeso al soffitto della stanza dava un bel sollievo dal caldo ma in altri periodi si potrebbe preferire l'aria condizionata.
