Great value for money and fab location
Pros:

Location was good, near train station and a short ride to the heart of Florence. The room was big and clean with a nice bathroom and good value for money.

Cons:

Slight downside the room decor was a little old fashioned.

Um Florenz anzuschauen liegt das Hotel, das eigentlich eine Wohnetage (1. Stock) in einem Wohnhaus ist, sehr gut. Mit der Tram oder Bahn, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt sind, kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Also ideal! Das Zimmer war einfach und das Frühstück bestand aus einem Kaffee und einem Croissant. Dafür ist das Preis - Leistungs Verhältniss super. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt ums Eck und ein Kühlschrank ist auch im Zimmer.

Cons:

Einen Parkplatz zu finden kann ein Problem sein. Es gibt kostenlose (weiße) und kostenpflichtige (blaue) Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Die sind aber meißtens belegt und man muß schon Glück haben, dass gerade jemand wegfährt.

Pros:

Tutto benissimo, personale molto cordiale. La camera aveva tutto ciò che potesse servire. Se devo trovare proprio un piccolo appunto la mancanza dei comodini accanto al letto, ma basta organizzarsi e si risolve. Se avessi nuovamente bisogno di essere in quella zona sicuramente tornerò da loro.

Rumore eccessivo per cui consiglierei insonorizzazione delle camere, ma non so se sia possibile. Metterei anche un attaccapanni. Per il resto tutto ok

Ho dormito bene. Era tutto pulito. La zona permetteva di raggiungere i principali servizi e era vicina ai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

La pulizia non era il massimo e nemmeno la gestione dei riscaldamenti
