We had a lovely stay at hotel Medusa and would stay here again if we come back to Lampedusa
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location. 10 minute walk to via Roma. There are also good restaurant options closer.
We had three rooms, two of them had renovated bathrooms and one was a bit more dated.
The staff were very kind and friendly and arranged for us a hire car and scooter and airport transfers.
Breakfast options were good with a selection of cakes, pastries, fruit, cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon.

Pros:

posizione ottima e camera al primo piano con balconcino e affaccio sul porto. Silenzioso

Cons:

La colazione è dalle alle 8:00 del mattino ed è tardi per fare escursioni e/o andare alla spiaggia dei conigli. Quindi l’abbiamo fatta fiori (anche se l’avevamo pagata). Asciugamani un pò macchiati, pure quelli che (in teoria) ti mettono puliti. Arredo da rivedere molto.

La struttura è molto centrale e strategica per muoversi, lo staff era sempre efficiente è disponibile, in particolare il manager è stato gentilissimo, se dovessi ritornare a Lampedusa ci tornerei con gran piacere

Prenotato all'ultimo secondo causa cancellazione volo.
Assistenza alla reception inesistente. C'era un signore che non sapeva nemmeno della prenotazione e non ci ha fornito alcuna informazione. La mattina del check out prima dell'orario della colazione (ore 8) non era presente nessuno in reception per aiutarci a contattare un trasfert per l'aereoporto.
Abbiamo pagato una cifra sproporzionata rispetto ai servizi ricevuti, oltre al fatto che ci hanno assegnato una camera con un letto ad una piazza e mezza e le asciugamani presenti erano per una sola persona, nonostante la prenotazione, nonchè il prezzo fosse per due persone. Tutto inaccettabile per un hotel a 4 stelle.

Best little place in Lampedusa
Pros:

Love the family environment just very quaint. Augustino was so amazing to us and we had a great tour from him in n his red chariot. He also took the time to see us off and for that we will miss him and the hotel. All the staff treated us like family.
