Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, tasty food, good situation for hiking mountains or travelling to the cities
Pros:

We spent four days at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a small village, which is a great starting point for hiking in the mountains. At the same time, you can easily get to Merano by the Merano Express bus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel welcome during our whole stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The breakfasts were also very tasty and offered a good selection of food.

Thank you for everything. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

1. We appreciated the offer to move to a different room, but we decided to stay because the room itself wasn’t the issue. The only downside was its location. The hotel is situated next to a busy road leading to Merano, so if you prefer sleeping with the window open, traffic noise starts to become noticeable from around 4 a.m.

2. We would have appreciated a wider selection of sweet breakfast options, such as pancakes. However, this may have been partly my fault, as I didn’t ask whether they could prepare them on request.

Wandern, entspannen, Rad fahren alles an einem Ort

Wenn man aus der Hängematte auf dem Balkon bei schönstem Wetter den Ortler sehen kann, bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Ein sagenhaftes Team, dass mit Herzlichkeit und Engagement für den Gast da ist. Einfach nur genießen...das tolle Essen, rundum Bio, mit super Ideen aus dem eigenen Garten und den regionalen Lieferanten...Die Verkostung der hauseigenen Brände mit dem Chef sollte man nicht verpassen.
