La posizione
Due notti, camera mai rifatta! Con la scusa, molto comoda, che gli ospiti devono esporre un segnale sulla maniglia esterna della camera se vogliono che sia rifatta. Mai vista una cosa così. Inoltre alla reception non ci è stato detto di questa strana regola (in un hotel 4 stelle?) e non compare scritto da nessuna parte (forse in qualche mail, ma dico: è una breve vacanza, davvero uno deve perdere tempo a leggere mail?). La comoda scusa è che l'hotel cerca di non sprecare, di essere sostenibile. Non capisco cosa ci sia di poco sostenibile nel pulire, almeno spazzare per terra e rifare un letto! E se la sostenibilità è importante, perché fa così tanto caldo nelle camere, termosifoni accesi, bloccati? Chissà quante volte i clienti si dimenticano di esporre il cartellino! Inoltre è difficile chiamare la reception : ho dovuto usare il telefono cellulare (!) perché non è scritto da nessuna parte che serve un numero di tre cifre (che infatti non ricordo, mi è stato detto solo dopo che ho telefonato con il mio cellulare). Un buon modo per non ricevere comunicazioni dalle camere...
Alle mie proteste per un servizio pagato (pulizie) e non erogato, nessuna reazione, eppure i 200 euro a notte li hanno incassati...
L'hotel ha poi bisogno di essere rinnovato,è tutto un po' triste. E dovrebbe essere tenuto più pulito. Mi domando anche chi abbia montato il bidet, impossibile per me da usare, attaccato al muro!

Hotel storico in centro a San Vigilio con ambienti datati in stile classico, camere ampie, bellissimo centro benessere solo dopo le 16,00 per tre ore e piscine.
Visto il periodo Settembre in concomitanza con la chiusura del hotel la colazione molto scarsa e non di qualità.
La cena non all’altezza di un 4 stelle e con qualità discutibile…
We loved the hotel architecture and the decor. The pool and spa area were exceptional, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The welcome from the front desk by Maurice was wonderful. Our waitress, Vanessa was exceptional, and we loved to see her smiling face each day at breakfast and dinner. The food was superb, and we loved the tea and sweets at 5 pm. This hotel was the highlight of our 3 week visit to northern Italy. I would highly recommend staying there.

Parking área limitada.
Very generous and delicious breakfast buffet. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and I think it got better over the week, with consistent quality and enough variety to keep it interesting. Staff were lovely, multilingual and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere was perfect for our kids and the pool setup was a highlight for them. Adults loved the sauna / spa / relaxation area too. Ski boot room was convenient and comfortable - a short walk from the gondola.
