Tutto benissimo, camera, colazione, posizione, servizi, staff.
Abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet, esperienza a dir poco meravigliosa. Struttura accogliente, nuova, curata, dotata di ogni comfort. Stupendo l’affaccio su piste e montagne, da ammirare direttamente dalla jacuzzi. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Struttura ottima. Camera rinnovata comoda e spaziosa. Colazione fornitissima, ottima e abbondante. Area wellness con sauna comoda e temperatura perfetta.
La struttura accetta animali ma non permette di portarli con se a colazione/pranzo/cena e nelle zone di soggiorno. Nonostante ci fosse stato detta questa regola che noi abbiamo rispettato, a colazione c'erano altri utenti con un cane. Personale opinione è che se una struttura accetta animali non dovrebbe precludere l'accesso alle zone della struttura, se l'animale è correttamente gestito ed educato dal proprietario. Trovo poi eccessivo richiedere un supplemento giornaliero per la pulizia della camera di € 20 per la presenza dell'animale; credo sia più corretto una cifra una tantum a soggiorno. Per educazione e rispetto abbiamo pulito le zampe del nostro cane prima di accedere alla struttura e utilizzato (come per altro suggerito da cartelli esposti in camera) gli asciugamani a disposizione per entrambi i giorni del nostro soggiorno, forse sarebbe stato corretto da parte del gestore tenerne conto.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nello chalet, penso che un posto più bello, tranquillo ed esclusivo non esista. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lo staff tutto, compresi i titolari, impeccabili. Bellissimo. Mi è dispiaciuto andare via. Vacanza TOP.

Breakfast was not available at the time of our stay (the hotel was still closed, like the majority of the hotels in Sappada), but this was informed in advance. During check inn they provide us list of all bar, restaurants and market open during the period of our stay.
The chalet is fantastic, located in a great position. The sauna and whirlpool are the additional touch that elevate the stay from superb to exceptional.
