I like the hotel location nearby Murud beach 🏖️. Very easy and walkable distance 500 meters .

Cons:

I didn't like the cleanliness in hotel room as well as the facilities was not good . There was very little option for breakfast .

Excellent location.
Pros:

The room was surprisingly nice and large, even though the hotel looked rundown from the outside. Everything except for mirrors and washbasin was clean. Friendly English speaking staff who were answering all my travel related questions. The WiFi is good WHEN it's working, but often it would disappear for long periods of time. Excellent location. Both incoming and outgoing buses stop right outside the hotel. There's a little shop right outside as well.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed and the WiFi wasn't consistent. I feel this place could easily be made so much nicer with a few outdoor tables and chairs in the yard or on the large empty terrace.

An Okay Hotel handled by unprofessional people.
Pros:

Beach within 100 metres distance from the hotel.

Clean well furnished room with ac and running hot and cold water.

Balcony attached to Family Room.

Budget friendly.

Free and secure parking

Cons:

1. Intercom was out of order.
2. No F&B service. Kitchen was non operational due to Ramzan season.
3. No additional facilities like restaurant, activities for kids, no swimming pool.
4.The hotel charges 12% GST on Room rent but refused to provide a Tax Invoice when asked for.
5. Staff are not trained and professional.

Pros:

Hotel staff and owner both were too good to Interact and to provide the hospitality service.

I will prefer to use same hotel with same room in future if possible.

Also I have already recommended to my friends for the hotel.

Good stay.....
Pros:

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and all things were in working condition. The staff was polite and helpful.
