Better to avoid staying there.
Pros:

The hotel looks nice when you see from outside, once u booked & staying there means will be highly dissatisfied/disappointed, so hereafter no more stay there even if you accommodate it on free basis. Ok???!!;

Cons:

The rooms toilets are very very poor & it looks so ugly & totally dusty look & you can't touch of anything there, that much of worst maintenance there.
