I stayed there 01 night - thou advance paid do not returned as per my booking was 02 night - paid in advance 1500/- and balance to be paid next day/
I was forced to leave the hotel the next day, as the A/C was not working. full night I have to toss around the bed, and finally I have to leave the Hotel at 11.00 am.
They have changed 03 rooms where the A/C was not working -- and the most irritating part is they are not agreeing that they are also seeing the fan of the A/C Machine is not rotating, but they still insist it is ok. They say the mechanics came and checked 02 days back-- it's ok. But the actual fault is that there is no Gas or some technical fault, as the fan is not starting.
Gyser is totally ironed out, and the exhaust fan is not working in the bathroom. TV may not be working too- that we have not checked, as we got so exhausted and irritated with you and the hotel.
At least we have a belief that you check the Hotel and host a good one-- but unfortunately, you also come out to be a fraud master. So next 03 night booking done from another booking site.
Morning, I told the owner, and he also said -- he only says -- Yes, Sir and Yes, Sir -- but practically it is a very bad experience. Just spoil our day.
Lift not working. Long curtains -- light in weight, hung on a glass window which do not have any privacy for a lady.
The bed sheet is wilted and dirty, as is the pillow cover. The quilt was again dirty.
Just a basic room with a bed, a table, and a chair.
No mirror or cupboard to hang clothes. No water glass, water bottle, or jug.
It's a very basic, and I think I have been robbed.
The next hotel, to this property, is much better with proper AC, big-sized rooms, good mattresses, a table, a sofa, and a cupboard. With heavy curtains, plus being low in price.
It is requested to kindly not host this kind of Hotel and spoil our day. We believe in you and have faith in you, but you spoil the day.

Can be bit noisy sometimes.

The bed linen was so dirty it was disgusting, luckily I had my own so I could bear that for a night. Theere were wild dogs barking all night and did not let me close an eye. The bathroom was okayish if it wasn't for a massive cokaroach and rusty shower. Luckily I just spent a total of 5h in this room. And luckily I did not pay a lot. They even asked me for extra "taxes" at the checkout and the fact that the owner spoke little english did not meake me understand what that was for, but because he was nice picking me up I just paid and went away asap.

The room was directly to the street with much trafic and noise (but it's India).
They do not take cards.

We messaged the week before our stay asking to book safaris which we were told by message was fine, when we arrived they had not been booked and morning safari was unavailable which was very disappointing

The hotel and equipment are very dated and would need an upgrade. Therefore the value for money could have been higher compared to alternative options. E.g. cleaning was not done under the bed, AC did not work.
