Well maintained hotel and Comfortable stay in jaipur

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the white moon hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us with warm hospitality and professionalism. The rooms were impeccably clean, well designed, spacious and equipped with all modern amenities.

The food was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The service was prompt and attentive, making us feel valued as a guest

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, and everything was always spotless.

My booking experience was so pathetic that I would not recommend booking anything from booking.com. they should enquire about the hotel and their availability they should not reply for everything on the entity who are managing the hotel.

when I reached the hotel, the hotel receptionist said that there was no room available even though my booking was confirmed.
I felt an embarrassing situation because I went along with my family and I stayed almost 2 hours outside the hotel contacting the booking customer care. The lady with whom I talked over the phone was very very helpful she tried to provide all possible help which ever was possible.

Cons:

The embarrassing situation, even though my booking was confirmed and I didn't get any room availability when I reached at to the hotel . it would be good if someone can inform me in advance that there is no room available in the hotel

Pros:

Very nice stay. Staff so polite and supportive. Room and bathroom neat and clean. Budget hotel
