Seul le petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

La réception personne à l'arrivée. Finalement au bout de 15 minutes, c'est le pizzalio qui est venu à l'accueil et malgré une réservation en ligne, il n'avait rien. Donc même du insister pour le parking.

Nice hotel, but because of the breakfast and the noise from the train line, I won't come back.
Pros:

It was a big room, very spacious and very nice. I appreciated the cleaning. The maids and all the staff was really kind.

Cons:

The hotel is placed close to the train line, and it's quite annoying and loudly. It makes it difficult to sleep and rest. The breakfast included is not really breakfast in the real word, especially for foreigners. The breakfast consists either of croissant or focaccia, a coffee aand a juice. There are also some small pieces of nutella, honey or jam, but no other salty food. I had to ask and they were able to bring me either butter of Philadelphia cream cheese. I would have expected to have a buffet for the breakfast, because it says it's even included in the price.

Se capirero in zona, ci tornerò!
Pros:

A10 minuti da Outlet di Serravalle Scrivia. Cortesia e disponibilita. Ottima qualità-prezzo. Enorme ristorante-pizzeria al primo piano.
(Da sistemare solo una recente macchia di umidità sul soffitto della camera!)

Camera datata ,porta valigie con ripiano sotto pieno di polvere ,bagno passabile,colazione scarsissima abbiamo dovuto dividere una brioches in due niente torte due biscotti confezionati ,per quello che abbiamo pagato non merita

Great location, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were squeaky clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful toiletries provided.

Colazione semplice, ma ricca. Grande disponibilità di orario e gentilezza di tutto o staff.
Camera pulitissima, garage perfetto.
Direi una garanzia per un soggiorno a Novi Ligure.
Oltretutto la stessa struttura ha un'ottima pizzeria.
