Decent stay with friends but doesn’t suit for families
Pros:

Property is good . Located far from the city. City Center and other local sight seeings are at least 10kms away. I booked a superior deluxe room.

Cons:

Property is very far from the city Center and no shops nearby. You will be completely dependent on the property restaurant for everything. They don’t serve alcohol inside. Being a 3 star hotel with this restriction wasn’t good .

Food was very okay. Briyani wasn’t Cooked properly.

If there are any pass required for site seeings, you need to look out on your own. Property doesn’t give you proper information about that in prior

Good staff very welcoming. Clean rooms and we'll maintained. Only the food they should work on as they just have one cook for the whole resort.

Cons:

Food. Invest one a good cooks. And have more food options. I stayed with my toddler so was very difficult as there was no food for the toddler and for adults also just one or 2 option

Currently it is a good place to use as a motel stay and travel ahead.

The property is in a very beautiful location

Cons:

The maintenance of the property needs improvement. There should be more facilities available in the room for families. The food really needs improvement the quality though is good but the preparation really needs improvement

It was great. Want to come back to experience a greater one.
Pros:

Food was excellent, though non veg options were limited to chicken only.
Excellent greenery is maintained throughout the resort.
The best is their ever so friendly staff! Kusuma, Yadav et al, they work so hard to ensure guest comforts.
Lots of pets, host and guests, added to the charm.

Cons:

1. We wrongly chose one room for family of four plus a pet! Didn't know the room size. Should have gone for two double occupancy rooms, as one member was WFH.
2. Swimming pool location directly in view of dining area is a discomfort esp for women. Resort should instal privacy with appropriate wall/screen/garden to separate them.
3. Buffet system is a bit poor, esp with some guests grabbing whatever available without any concern for others! Resort can try to serve the families directly from kitchen on to their tables to avoid longer waiting for many. [I also hope some guests too learn better etiquette and behavior at the buffet and avoid grabbing food n wasting it later]
4. Resort can provide couple of chairs and a coffee table outside the room for people to relax in garden view.
5. Resort should supervise the play area better, as I saw guest children messing up with game equipment.
6. Think of asphalting the entrance, as the climb is steep and has direct entry to the highway.
All of these suggestions is to make your place a frequented one by all.

Terrible
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. And the place and the surroundings were pretty silent. Everything else was terrible

Cons:

Terrible breakfast spread. They run out of items even before the buffet starts.
Terrible room service. The service is always late.
I had to go to the reception to get things after being tired of waiting for long
