staff behavior are good. The staff is polite . room cleanness is very good and salient location.
Staff behaviour is good and polite. The property is located in a strategic place, close to the Vellore CMC hospital, overall ambiance is nice
No food or water available. Every time and for every meal you have to order from Swiggy or zomato. Not good for health. Though we were told at the time of booking that good, homely food available from the guest house kitchen
The washrooms can be cleaned and maintained
Hosts were really helpful polite and provided services when necessary.
Improvement areas:
Food was tough to get. No facility of food delivery nor are there any restaurant facilities. Paid breakfast was however arranged. What is needed is a food delivery person who can help the guests with food delivery.
TV is a must in a room when family having children are staying. It looks like a dumb room without a TV entertainment.
However hospitality of the staff was excellent. I would love to return if the above facilities improve.
Not liked anything to be specific. It was just a room for stay . Very ordinary room
Starting from the entry. Person who received us informed that the main person is out & asked us to wait for half an hour. Then he tried to open the allotted room with his master card . Just to see if it is vacant. But there was someone occupied & kept the bag everything. But this person asked the Housekeeping lady to check if any other room is empty by asking her to use the master card. Which is very shocking , because , there is no proper inventory in the system. after waiting for few minutes , main guy came & he tried to make us comfortable. But he could not get the room , ultimately he found one room & informed us that they have upgraded the room & took us to room no 204 which he claimed it is upgraded room. but this room was not as per our requirement . it has 2 seperate beds & toilet bath. No TV , No Dustbin, . found it very cozy. Still we have to accept since we had many other things to concentrate. Just stayed for the sake of it without any other option & not making any fuzz of it.
Mentioned in the tariff as complementary breakfast, but they are charging it separately at a high price.
Well located. Great staff especially Mr. Patrick and his lovely wife. Very genuine. I requested an early check and the owner Dr. Ezekiel obliged a fair refund facilitated by Mr. Patrick. Thank you.

Very well located. We had come for treatment, and this guest house is situated right between two CMC Hospitals. Also felt so safe and secured in the CGH.
